Winter season (Jan-March): $2,650 per week
Spring season (April-May): $2,450-$2,550
Summer Season (June-early August) $2,450-2,650
Off Season (Fall into December): $1,995-$2,350 per week (Best rates September-November)
Premium Weeks (certain holiday weeks, special weeks like mini-lobster season, opening lobster season, New Year's eve week, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. $300-500 additional)
Long Term (28+ days): 15% minimum discount expected depending on dates selected (discount may not apply during non-peak). Email us at ManateeBungalow@outlook.com and we will help with the booking and make sure discounts are applied.
Book instantly using a major credit card, without large fees! Half of total due upon booking, with other half due 60 days prior to arrival. Long term rentals of 28 days or more allow cancellation up to 90 days from arrival. Note, if booking less than 60 days before arrival, full amount due at booking. Damage deposit $1,000, temporary hold placed on verified credit card one day before arrival.
